The Kirschner Law Office includes Laurie Miller Kirschner, a legal administrator and skilled paralegal with a background in nursing and addiction counseling. Laurie Miller Kirschner works side by side with every client and is experienced in providing assistance at pre-trial, trial, and appellate levels. She is a certified custody investigator and has served as a jury consultant, and has participated in panel discussions relating to jury selection. While in New Mexico, Ms. Miller Kirschner worked with county departments providing legal research and reviewed governmental and non-governmental tax exempt properties to insure compliance with Federal and state regulations.

William Kirschner

Mr. Kirschner has been a member of the National Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the National Lawyers Guild. He has organized criminal defense seminars, and provided training and information to lawyers and lay people alike. Mr. Kirschner is a respected professional and has received referrals from attorneys and judges. He has taught criminal law and procedure at the college level, and has participated in and organized seminars for lawyers and law students on criminal law, and jury selection matters.
Mr. Kirschner is well-known nationally for his work. He has been featured in the book, 101 Ways to Avoid a Drunk Driving Conviction, as a North Dakota expert, and he has consulted with other national experts on criminal law topics. He has conducted seminars on various criminal defense issues and currently writes a monthly column for the FM Xtra.
